Our Dental Team

Faith, Debbie, and Brenda work at the front desk and are happy to help you schedule an appointment and make financial arrangements.

Michelle is our regular dental hygienist. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Sinclair Community College in 1988. She graduated in the top 5% of her class. Her performance on the National and State Dental Board was in the top 5% as well.

Michelle started working at Dr. Welland’s office in 1991. She loves working with people. Her gentle touch helps them feel comfortable during their dental appointments.

Michelle and her husband, Tony, like to hike and spend time with their two sons.

Marianna is the newest addition to our staff. She is our full time dental assistant.
