I had a great experience. The receptionist are friendly and very helpful especially Brenda she went above and beyond to see if my insurance would be compatible she was very patient and kept me informed. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time the dentist and assistant was patient and understanding. I'll be coming back to get my oral health back in shape. I got a tooth pulled and I healed up very nicely I did everything I was told my extraction sight healed.
I have been with them my entire adult life (25ish years). They are the kindest medical office I've ever interacted with. I even moved further into Cincinnati and still drive up to West Chester for my dental care. My daughter and husband now go to them as well and they genuinely care about our family.
